REQUEST <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />Mr. Helart stated that a bid from Malott- <br />Peterson, & Grundy in the amount of <br />$21,160 was received for the construction <br />of the No. Louisville Tennis Courts. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that the bid <br />on the No. Louisville Tennis Court <br />made by Malott-Peterson, Grundy be <br />accepted. Seconded by Councilwoman <br />Dhieux. Roll call. Domenico yes, <br />Berry yes, Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Helart asked that the Coal Creek <br />Trails system project be postponed. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Council <br />accept Mr. Helarts recommendation to <br />discontinue with the project. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that a public <br />hearing for the Taniguchi P.U.D. be <br />set up for June 3, 1975, at 7:30 P.M. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Byrom presented Council with an <br />Environmental Review Record on the <br />project. He stated that this was just <br />one phase of the project. <br />Mr. Wurl then read Resolution #13 regard- <br />ing the City assuming responsibility <br />for carrying out all the provision of <br />the National Environmental Policy Act <br />of 1969. Councilman Berry moved that <br />Resolution #13, Series 1975 be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll <br />call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Caranci <br />yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the letter from E.P.A. <br />regarding a grant for the filter plant. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that what was need was <br />the Mayors authority to sign the agree- <br />ment. After discussion Councilman <br />Berry moved that the Mayor be authorized <br />to sign the grant amendment as proposed <br />by E.P.A. Seconded by Councilwoman <br />Dhieux. Motion carried. <br />
