ROOME REQUEST cont'd CAT ORDINANCE RUSTY BUCKET REQUEST COUNCIL COMMENTS & REPORTS CONSORTIUM -2- a public hearing. Seconded by Council- woman Dhieux. After discussion roll call was taken. Domenico no, Berry yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo no, DiCarlo no. Motion defeated. A public hearing was set for April 15, 1975. Councilman Domenico stated that he would like the ordinances reviewed Council stated that they will review the ordinances and establish some type of cat ordinance at the next meeting. Mr. Wur1 informed Council that the request was for packaged 3.2 beer. Mr. Zarlengo stated that there have been many requests for carry out. After discussion Councilwoman Dhieux moved that a public hearing be held before granting the request at the first Council meeting of April, 1975. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico abstained, Berry yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she attended a meeting of the Consortium regarding the Denver Water Study done by the Colorado Legislature. Coun- cilwoman Dhieux stated that the pre- sentation stresses the importance of keeping the Colorado water within the state. She felt that it would be wise to adopt a Resolution to be placed at the national level indicating the im- portant need to begin the Coal Creek project along with ratification from the three other cities involved. Councilwoman Dhieux also stated that in conclusion of the meeting the staff asked that the City bring back a de- finition of open space and green belt. Councilwoman Dhieux also commended Mr. Todd Mau1sbury for the coverage of th March Council meeting. She stated that his exp1ana:ion of the sales and use tax will be useful as a reference. -2-
