<br />ORDINANCE #463 cont'd <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1F464 <br />AMBULANCE & CASH REGISTER <br />LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #465 <br />FLOOD PLAIN MODIFICATION <br /> <br />ORDINACE #466 <br />FIRE CODE 1ST READING <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll <br />call. Doemnico yes, Berry yes, Dhieux <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak opened the pub lice hearing <br />on Ordinance #464. There were no com- <br />ments. Councilman DiCarlo moved that <br />Ordinance #464 be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Councilman <br />Domenico stated that he would vote no <br />on the ordinance because he was informed <br />that the fire department would not <br />transfer a man to the hospital if they <br />could not blow the siren. Councilman <br />DelPizzo stated that he knew of an <br />incident where the department did not <br />transfer also. There was discussion <br />as to who should decide whether or not <br />the party should be transferred. After <br />discussion roll call on motion. <br />Domenico yes, Berry yes, Dhieux yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br />Councilman DiCarlo then moved that the <br />City Administrator contact the fire <br />chief to get a statement in regards to <br />their in regards to .the rescue:unit to <br />be published in the Louisville Times. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing <br />for Ordinance #465. There were no <br />comments. Councilman Berry moved that <br />Ordinance #465 be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. <br />Domenico yes, Berry yes, Dhieux yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #466 <br />in regards to the Fire Code. After <br />discussion Councilman Domenico moved <br />that Ordinance #466 be ordered published. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll <br />call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Dhieux <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo no. Motion <br />carried. <br />
