CITY ATTORNEY REPORT cont'd L.C.D.C. - LETTER OF GUARANTEE MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT ~TINICIPAL HEALTH REPORT APPROVAL OF BILIS ADJOURNMENT -6- Attorney Morris stated that he had prepared a letter of guarantee for the Housing Authority. Attorney Morris stated that this letter would guarantee $420 F.R.A. that should a unit sit vacant about 10% of the monthly rent would be set aside for each month it was vacant building a fund. Mrs. McDonald stated that she felt this money would not have to used however, it was a requirement of F.H.A. Councilman DiCarlo stated that in the letter he understood it to read that several vouchers could be drawn for $420. Attorney Morris changed the wording on the letter stating the amount up to $420 the total sum of $420. After discussion Councilwoman Scholl moved that the Mayor be auth- orized to sign the L.C.D.C. letter providing the wording is changed instead of "and" to "including the total sum of $420 and the stipulation of a letter of intent from L.C.D.C. is enclosed at the time of the Mayors signature. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes Domenico yes. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the court report be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. Councilman Berry moved that the report be accepted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. Councilwanan Dhieux noved that the bills be accepted and warrants drawn.
