<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 18, 1975 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the <br />following Council members present: Domenico, Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, <br />DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, <br />City Engineer White, City Attorney Morris, City Clerk Santilli. <br />Absent: City Treasurer Hesson. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes as read. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that corres- <br />pondence be accepted and brought up <br />under the proper head of business. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />KEITH HELART <br />PARKS & REC. <br /> <br />Mr. Helart stated that there was no <br />discussion on tennis courts due to <br />continuing study of the City staff. <br /> <br />Mr. Helart informed Council that <br />Parks & Rec received a grant of <br />approximately $16,500 from the State <br />to be used on trails. He stated that <br />the grant will be up in September and <br />the Parks Dept. will be trying to <br />purchase rite-of-ways for the trails <br />along Coal Creek andHighway 42. <br /> <br />Mr. Helart stated that the committee <br />has spoken with the School Planning <br />Dept. in regards to a better lease <br />agreement on the property west and <br />south of the Middle School. Mr. <br />Helart stated that they would like <br />to have an agreement where it states <br />a reimbursement clause for any im- <br />provements on the property by the <br />Parks & Rec Dept. <br /> <br />After discussion Councilman Domenico <br />moved that Mr. Helarts report be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />POLICE COMMITTEE PROCEDURES <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that the <br />amendments for procedures have been <br />taken care of. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that Council <br />instruct City Attorney Morris to draft <br />a Resolution adopting the procedures <br />
