AUDIENCE COMMENTS cont'd STREET SIGNS CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT 1ST SAVINGS INVESTMENT CORP DATA METRICS -4- motion. Domenico yes, Berry no, Scholl yes, Dhieux no, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Councilman DelPizzo then moved that the alley way between Caledonia & Lafayette be opened, graveled, and cleared. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry no, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Mrs. Shipton asked if the street signs could be clarified with a small arrow designating one direction Short Place and the other Garfield because it is confusing when both streets are so close. Mr. White stated that the prob- lem is being worked on. Mr. Wurl informed Council that he received a letter from 1st Savings in regards to the price of water tap fees for multi-family units. After discussion Councilwoman Dhieux moved that Mr. Wurl answer the 1st Savings Investment Corporation and tell them that Council would like to give their request consideration through the Planning Commission for recommendation to Council. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl informed Council as to the billing process through Data Metrics. It was stated that the initial cost for programming would be $600.00 a one time cost. It would then cost approximately $185.00 per month for billing. After discussion Councilman Berry moved that the City Administrator be authorized to draw up a contract between the City and Data Metrics for approval by Council. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call on motion. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl no, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo no. Motion carried. There were no further reports. Council- man DiCarlo moved that the City Admin- istrators report be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried.
