<br />CONSORTIUM MEETING cont'd <br /> <br />L.C.D.C. SENIOR CITIZEN <br />HOUSING PROGRAM <br /> <br />POSTAL DELIVERY <br />WOOD BROTHERS <br /> <br />-3 - <br /> <br />Plan. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br />carried. <br />After the motion Councilman DelPizzo stated <br />his feelings as to Boulder moving east at <br />the crest of South Boulder hill he felt <br />that Sproul should be contacted to see <br />what their plans were. After comments, <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the City <br />Administrator be instructed to contract <br />Sproul to see what their plans are regarding <br />their land west of Louisville. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Roll call. Domenico <br />yes, Berry no, Scholl no, Dhieux no, DelPizzo <br />yes, DiCarlo no. Motion defeated. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that committee <br />reports be accepted. Seconded by Council- <br />woman Scholl. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mrs. Barbara McDonald stated that she was <br />in attendance to answer any questions or <br />clarifications in regards to the housing <br />program. Questions were brought up as to <br />the effect of the land problem. Mr. John <br />Babbs, attorney for Colorado Housing stated <br />that there is no problem which would call <br />for relocation of the building. It was <br />stated that there was a .96 encroachment <br />of Mr. Palms' property on L.C.D.C property <br />but there was no problem. <br /> <br />Mr. Steve Anderson stated that he felt that <br />the matter was not handled under a special <br />review for curb service in the Wood Bros. <br />subdivision as was requested in the letter <br />to Senator Haskell. Mr. Wurl stated that <br />Senator Haskell should be informed as to <br />the disapproval of the handling of the <br />matter. <br /> <br />Mr. Conarroe asked what was being done <br />with the Property Tax refund. Mr. Wurl <br />informed him that the applications have <br />been processed. <br /> <br />Mr. Conarroe also asked what was going to <br />happen with Coal Creek as he read an <br />article stating that Erie was upset with <br />the project. Mr. Wurl stated that this was <br />new information with him and he was not <br />sure what was happening. <br />
