After <br />discussion Councilman Berry moved to accept <br />the agreement between the Urban Renewal <br />Board and Oblinger-Smith. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved to accept the <br />City Administrators report. Seconded by <br />Councilwoman Dhieux. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that he has met <br />with Mrs. Mayhoffer and her son. The <br />agreement is almost worked out. They <br />additional expense to the City would be <br />between $1,500 and $2,000, to put in <br />culverts, gates, etc. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Resolution #23 <br />regarding a grant application. Council- <br />woman Scholl moved that Resolution #23 <br />be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl <br />yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Resolution #24. <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that Resolution <br />#24 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. After discussion roll call was <br />taken on motion. Domenico no, Berry yes, <br />Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />DiCarlo no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that the Brown <br />brothers would like an extension of time <br />approval into 1975. After discussion <br />Councilman Berry moved to deny the time <br />extension. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl <br />no, DelPizzo yes, Dhieux yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried to deny time extension. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #456 in <br />regards to Flood Plain Regulations. <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that the Ordinance <br />to be read is patterned after Broomfields. <br />
