CITY ADMINISTRATOR cont'd AGREEMENT URBAN RENEWAL/ OBLINGER-SMITH CITY ATTORNEY REPORT MAYHOFFER REPORT RESOLUTION #23 GRANT APPLICATION RESOLUTION #24 FEDERAL GRANT HOUSING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT BROWN LIQUOR LICENSE ORDINANCE #456 FLOOD PLAIN REGULATION -3- Mr. Wurl informed Council as to what the agreement would provide for the application for the Community Development Act. After discussion Councilman Berry moved to accept the agreement between the Urban Renewal Board and Oblinger-Smith. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. Councilman DelPizzo moved to accept the City Administrators report. Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. Motion carried. Attorney Morris stated that he has met with Mrs. Mayhoffer and her son. The agreement is almost worked out. They additional expense to the City would be between $1,500 and $2,000, to put in culverts, gates, etc. Attorney Morris read Resolution #23 regarding a grant application. Council- woman Scholl moved that Resolution #23 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo no. Motion carried. Attorney Morris read Resolution #24. Councilwoman Scholl moved that Resolution #24 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. After discussion roll call was taken on motion. Domenico no, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo no. Motion carried. Attorney Morris stated that the Brown brothers would like an extension of time approval into 1975. After discussion Councilman Berry moved to deny the time extension. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl no, DelPizzo yes, Dhieux yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried to deny time extension. Attorney Morris read Ordinance #456 in regards to Flood Plain Regulations. Mr. Wurl informed Council that the Ordinance to be read is patterned after Broomfields.
