<br />-6- <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the <br />City Attorney's report be accepted <br />as read by the City Administrator. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the <br />Municipal Court report in the <br />amount of $938.00 be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />HEALTH OFFICERS REPORT <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that <br />the health officers report be <br />accepted. Seconded by Councilman <br />Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo asked if all <br />departments were to use purchase <br />orders. Mr. Wurl stated that they <br />were. Under this Councilman <br />DiCarlo moved that the bills be <br />accepted and warrants be drawn for <br />the same except for the following <br />four bills listed below: <br />Dana Kepner $1,317.29 <br />Pacific States 5.15 <br />Enerco Services 2,800.50 <br />Lafayette Lumber 151.18 <br />Motion seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CENTURY 21 LETTER <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the~letter. from <br />Mr. Steve Anderson regar.ding the <br />request to sell the Vulcan property <br />when the time comes. After dis- <br />cussion Mr. Wurl stated that Mr. <br />Anderson will be kept in mind. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the <br />meeting be adjourned. Seconded <br />by Councilman Berry. Motin carried. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:10 P.M. <br />
