<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUIVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 19, 1974 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the regular meeting to order withthe following <br />Council members present: Berry, Scholl, Dhieux, DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. <br />Absent: Councilman Domenico and City Treasurer Hesson. Others present: <br />City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris and City Clerk Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved the <br />minutes as read. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that correspon- <br />dence be accepted and brought up under <br />the proper head of business. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />VULCAN MINE PROPERTY <br />& <br />CLYNKE PROPERTY <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that the <br />Clynke property has been placed on the <br />market and the City has been negotiating <br />for the land. He stated that it was <br />recommended by the Planning Commission <br />that the City conisder purchase of the <br />107 acres of Clynke property surrounding <br />the City reservoir. Planning Commission <br />suggested that the Vulacn Mine property <br />be sold. <br />After discussion Councilman DelPizzo <br />moved that an appraisal of the Vulcan <br />Mine property be made. Seconded by <br />Councilman Berry. Motion carried. <br />Councilman DiCarlo then moved that the <br />City Administrator be instructed to <br />approach the sellers of the Clynke <br />property and inform them the City is <br />interested in purchasing the land. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />PASQUALE <br />LIQUOR VIOLATION <br /> <br />A question was brought up as to whether <br />the hearing should be heard by Council <br />or brought to the state. Attorney Morris <br />stated that since the renewal of the <br />license is up tonight he suggested that <br />Council could approve the 1975 renewal <br />and then hold the hearing. He stated <br />that he did not feel it would be fair <br />to deny the license without trying the <br />case first. <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that the Pasquale <br />Bar liquor hearing be heard at the state <br />level. Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. <br />Roll call. Berry no, Scholl yes, Dhieux <br />yes, DelPizzo no, DiCarlo no. Motion <br />defeated. <br />
