Councilman
DiCarlo felt that a flier should have been
sent out before the 10% penalty was
going to be inforced. Mr. Wurl stated that
the matter was published in letter form
about one year ago when the delinquent
accounts ranged about $11,000 and it had
been cut down to about $1,000. Chenoweth in regards to
waiting for a drawing from the City
Engineer on water line replacements.
Mr. Wurl stated that Mr. White still
has the actual plans. Dennis Lundberg
stated that they are to have the plans
60 days after they receive the grant,
but there is no problem.

Dennis Lundberg reported that there was
another vacancy on the LURA Board, and
again they would like to have a Council
member serving.

Councilman Domenico moved that the Council
items and Committe Reports be accepted.
Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. The issue was tabled until
further study.

Mr. Wurl stated that he would like to
have the date set to review the budget
and get the public hearing set up.
Councilman Berry moved that the public
hearing for the 1975 budget be set for
October 15, 1974.
