HIGH SCHOOL TROPHIES CITY HALL REMODELING HUTCHINSON SIDEWALK LCDC PROPERTY WATER METER ORDINANCE CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT INDUSTRIAL LAND -3- Councilman DelPizzo stated that Mr. Grebing, who is the principal at the Louisville Middle School wanted to have the trophies which were received during the life of Louisville High removed from the Middle School and placed elsewhere. It was stated that a good place to put the trophies would be in the Louisville Library. Councilman DiCarlo is going to talk to Mr. Dominic Ferrera in regards to this matter. Councilman Berry stated that it should be brought to the Library Board and also the Parks & Rec Board. Mr. Wurl stated that they have received the rest of the estimates on the City Hall remodeling. Mr. White informed Council that the bulletin board is on order but as yet had not been received. Mr. Dennis Lundberg stated that LCDC has taken steps to get the sidewalks in on the south side of their property before school starts this fall. Mrs. Forbis reminded Council about Mr. Hersheys request that the Ordinance take into consideration the possibility of an estate situation where young children are left and money becomes a problem. Mr. Wurl said that the past Council approved for the appraisal of the industrial pro- perty for the possibility of sale or lease in 1974. A letter sent to the City by J. Birmingham the President of Boulder Scientific Co. in regards to the purchase of a parcel of land, .99 acres in the industrial area was read to Council. Mr. Wurl stated that he need authorization from Council to meet with the Rod & Gun Club in regards to the sale of the property in question. Councilman DiCarlo stated that he felt Council should know what type of business would be going on before taking any steps. Councilwoman Scholl stated that she wanted more information on the use of the land and also that she was not happy with the financial arrangement proposed.
