<br />HIGH SCHOOL TROPHIES <br /> <br />CITY HALL REMODELING <br /> <br />HUTCHINSON SIDEWALK <br />LCDC PROPERTY <br /> <br />WATER METER ORDINANCE <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />INDUSTRIAL LAND <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that Mr. Grebing, <br />who is the principal at the Louisville <br />Middle School wanted to have the trophies <br />which were received during the life of <br />Louisville High removed from the Middle <br />School and placed elsewhere. It was <br />stated that a good place to put the <br />trophies would be in the Louisville Library. <br />Councilman DiCarlo is going to talk to <br />Mr. Dominic Ferrera in regards to this <br />matter. Councilman Berry stated that it <br />should be brought to the Library Board <br />and also the Parks & Rec Board. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that they have received <br />the rest of the estimates on the City <br />Hall remodeling. <br />Mr. White informed Council that the <br />bulletin board is on order but as yet <br />had not been received. <br /> <br />Mr. Dennis Lundberg stated that LCDC has <br />taken steps to get the sidewalks in on <br />the south side of their property before <br />school starts this fall. <br /> <br />Mrs. Forbis reminded Council about Mr. <br />Hersheys request that the Ordinance take <br />into consideration the possibility of <br />an estate situation where young children <br />are left and money becomes a problem. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl said that the past Council approved <br />for the appraisal of the industrial pro- <br />perty for the possibility of sale or lease <br />in 1974. <br />A letter sent to the City by J. Birmingham <br />the President of Boulder Scientific Co. <br />in regards to the purchase of a parcel <br />of land, .99 acres in the industrial area <br />was read to Council. Mr. Wurl stated <br />that he need authorization from Council <br />to meet with the Rod & Gun Club in regards <br />to the sale of the property in question. <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that he felt <br />Council should know what type of business <br />would be going on before taking any steps. <br />Councilwoman Scholl stated that she wanted <br />more information on the use of the land <br />and also that she was not happy with the <br />financial arrangement proposed. <br />
