<br />BOARD & COMMITTEE AD'S <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />JOHN PROUTY LETTER <br /> <br />BUILDING PERMITS <br /> <br />CEMETARY REPORT <br /> <br />LURA REPORT - Dennis Lundberg <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl asked who was re- <br />sponsible for placing ad's in the paper <br />and notification as to stopping the ad. <br />After discussion Councilwoman Scholl <br />moved that the Boards be responsible <br />for placing and removing ad's and handle <br />payment in the same manner. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry that moved that the <br />cost of the ad's for the vacancies be <br />charged to the budget account of the <br />proper Committee or Board. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />For Councils approval: <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that it was <br />the Planning Commissions recommendation <br />to amend the comprehensive plan to <br />reroute the proposed east - west thorough <br />fair south of private property to the <br />developers property. All members of <br />Planning agreed that they did not want <br />condemnation of any property if possible. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the rec- <br />commendation of the Planning Commission <br />in regards to the John Prouty letter <br />and Pine Street extension be adopted by <br />City Council. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico yes, <br />Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico stated that it was <br />called to his attention that the Uniform <br />Building Code which Louisville adopted <br />requires a building permit for work valued <br />at $1.00. After discussion on the matter <br />Council suggested that a work session <br />be held with the Building Inspector. <br />Attorney Morris stated that he was in <br />the process of updating the codes and <br />he suggested that Council wait until the <br />revision have been viewed before making <br />any definite changes. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo reported on the <br />Cemetary. He stated that in July the <br />Committee was going to the Cemetary and <br />try to relocate some grave sites. <br /> <br />Mr. Lundberg stated that HUD has a <br />second year extension application that <br />is being processed and there have been <br />no problems reported. He also stated <br />that Mr. Wurl has checkedthe Workable <br /> <br />3. <br />
