Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Notion carried. <br /> <br />CouncihV'oman Scholl made a motion that <br />the Fleming Estimate be allowed in the <br />amount of $12, 4t~4. 84 as recommended by <br />City Engineer, Daniel ~~ite. Seconded <br />by Councilman Berry. Roll call. Domenico <br />yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motio~ carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the T0llefson <br />Estimate be allowed in the amount of <br />:$13,480.00 as recommended by City Engineer, <br />Daniel 1~ite. Motion carried~. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl reported on the Boulder <br />County meeting attended by her and Mr. \~lurl. <br />It \V'as agreed that the Hayor and Council <br />would meet February 11, 1974 to discuss <br />the material relating to this matter. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry informed Council that <br />himself and Councilwoman Dhieux attended <br />the Heeting of the Hunicipal League. <br />Councilman DelPizzo brought up the heating <br />of the new homes nmV' being built. He <br />felt that the code was not specific enough. <br />City Attorney Morris stated that if a <br />home is insulated enough you can pro- <br />vide enough heat to meet the codes specifi- <br />cation. <br />Councilman Domenico asked if anything was <br />done in regards to Mr. Hawkins water lines <br />freezing due to the grading of the street. <br />Hr. Hurl said that the City Engineer and <br />Hr. McNulty had been up to the site and <br />were in the process of correcting the prob- <br />lem. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the Council <br />comments be accepted. Seconded by Council- <br />man Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mrs. Barbara McDonald representing a group <br />of Louisville citizens with water meters <br />informed Council that they felt they were <br />being discriminated against. She stated <br />that. during the summer months they felt <br />their meters should be turned off because <br /> <br />-/+- <br />
