City <br />Attorney Morris, state that this should be <br />handled by Ordinance. Mr. Morris will <br />draw up an Ordinance for this matter. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wurl stated that these <br />items must be published for final payment. <br />The projects have been completed and <br />under the law they must be advertised <br />for 30 days and require Council's approval. <br />Councilman Berry made a motion that the <br />advertisement be allowed. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />A memo from Housing Authority was read in <br />reference to the withdrawal of funds <br />totaling $2,474.00. Mr. Gans asked for <br />a work session in regards to how the <br />Housing Authority is going to be funded. <br />They will submit a budget for record of <br />expenses. A work session was planned <br />for January 23, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />As of December 31, 1973 the Boulder Bus <br />has been rerouted. There were only two <br />Louisville passengers who gave their approval <br />for the bus to by-pass Louisville. City <br />Administrator Wurl suggested that because <br />of the Energy Crisis, we write a letter <br />to the PUC for the record that in the event <br />the Energy Crisis worsens we may be doing <br />away with something that would be vital <br />to the city's transportation. Councilman <br />DelPizzo moved that a letter be written. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry asked if Rocky Mountain <br />Consultants finished their latest report. <br />City Administrator Wurl suggested that a <br />study session be planned for January 22, <br />at 7:30 P.M. to discuss the matter. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl asked to be replaced <br />on the DRCOG Committee because of trans- <br />potation problems and also because she <br />was appointed by the County Commission <br />to serve on the County Council which she <br />f~lt would be an important project to <br />serve on. Councilman DelPizzo is replacing <br />Councilwoman Scholl on the committee. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak appointed Councilwoman <br />Scholl and City Administrator Wurl to <br />attend a meeting sponsored by the Board <br />
