<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 13, 1973 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Caranci at 7:30 P.M. with Council- <br />men Deborski, King, Jensen, Donovan, Scholl and Domenico present. Also <br />present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, and City Trea- <br />surer Hesson. Absent - City Clerk McNulty. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br /> <br />PLANNING CO}~ISSION <br />INDUSTRIAL REPORT <br /> <br />RAW WATER USERS: <br /> <br />FINAL PAYMENT <br />CAP CONSTRUCTION CO. <br /> <br />FINAL PAYMENT <br />AJAX CONSTRUCTION CO. <br /> <br />COLORADO CONSERVATION <br />BOARD (COAL CREEK) <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the minutes of <br />the last meeting and adjourned meeting be ac- <br />cepted as presented. Seconded by Councilwoman <br />Scholl. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman King moved that the a.o.rrespondence <br />be accepted and placed under proper heading. <br />Seconded by Councilman Donovan. All in favor. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Donovan read the minutes in entirety <br />and recommended that the City Council enter into <br />a contract with Oblinger-Smith to make a study <br />of the comprehensive plan relating to the in- <br />dustrial area and extend it to three miles out- <br />side of the comprehensive area, as well as what <br />is available in the present industrial area. <br />Councilman Donovan then read in part - "Scope <br />of Services" previously presented to Council <br />for their consideration <br />After discussion, Mayor Caranci recommended that <br />thl2 present Council members, new Council members <br />and. new Mayor have a meeting with the Planning <br />Commission relating to industry as soon as possible. <br /> <br />No action taken. <br /> <br />Councilman King moved that final payment be made <br />to Cap Construction Co. in the amount of $1,000.01. <br />Seconded by Councilman Deborski. Roll call vote <br />Deborski yes, King yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, <br />Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Administrator Hurl requested this be delayed <br />until next meeting as there is a small problem <br />that has to be solved. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wurl made reference to letter <br />from Mr. Felix Sparks and stated that the repre- <br />sentatives frcm the Rocky Mountain Consultant \rVho <br />had made the accompanying report were in the aud- <br />ience, if anyone cared to ask questions. City <br />Administrator Wurl then read the letter in entirety. <br />
