.mGULAR MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS COUNCIL COMMENTS: DRCOG ITEMS FROM PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE NOT APPEARING ,)N THE AGENDA COUNCIL COl'1MENTS CITY ADMINISTRATOR LAFAYETTE RESOLUTION ON ANNEXATION PUBLIC SERVICE GAS APPLICATION POLICY LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL DECEMBER 18, 1973 No action taken - not ready. Councilman Domenico requested that City Administrator Wurl send a letter to Arlo Wilson advising him there would be a meeting December 26th, 1973 at 7:30 P.M. regarding his pension. Councilman Jensen reported he got involved in DRCOG hearing on land use plan, which included comprehensive plans laid out by the various communities. Also got involved in the RTD plan and the Hiway plan. He then stated he would like the new Council to become active in DRCOG as they are coming into the crucial plans to present to the State Legis- lature to turn them into laws where the cities will be unable to get involved. No comments Councilwoman Scholl stated she would like to take this opportunity to thank all the members of the present Council for giving her the opportunity to serve on Council - "It has been great working with all of you and thank you very much." "I think all of you did a very excellent job and were good teachers." City Administrator Wurl then added that he too had a most enjoyable year and it was a privilege to have worked for all the members. City Administrator Wurl discussed the resolution with Council, and explained Lafayette's position. Administrator Wurl explained how this would apply to our City. Wood Brothers was fairly well taken care of and will not have any effect on what they have scheduled for 1974. Regarding First Federal-Public Service suggested they apply for what they would actually need between January 1st and July 1st, 1974, then re-apply for their needs thereafter. This would be approximately 30 homes. - 3 -
