<br />.mGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS: <br /> <br />DRCOG <br /> <br />ITEMS FROM PEOPLE IN <br />ATTENDANCE NOT APPEARING <br />,)N THE AGENDA <br /> <br />COUNCIL COl'1MENTS <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />LAFAYETTE RESOLUTION <br />ON ANNEXATION <br /> <br />PUBLIC SERVICE GAS <br />APPLICATION POLICY <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />DECEMBER 18, 1973 <br /> <br />No action taken - not ready. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico requested that City <br />Administrator Wurl send a letter to Arlo <br />Wilson advising him there would be a meeting <br />December 26th, 1973 at 7:30 P.M. regarding <br />his pension. <br /> <br />Councilman Jensen reported he got involved <br />in DRCOG hearing on land use plan, which <br />included comprehensive plans laid out by the <br />various communities. Also got involved in <br />the RTD plan and the Hiway plan. He then <br />stated he would like the new Council to become <br />active in DRCOG as they are coming into the <br />crucial plans to present to the State Legis- <br />lature to turn them into laws where the cities <br />will be unable to get involved. <br /> <br />No comments <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl stated she would like to <br />take this opportunity to thank all the <br />members of the present Council for giving her <br />the opportunity to serve on Council - "It has <br />been great working with all of you and thank <br />you very much." "I think all of you did a <br />very excellent job and were good teachers." <br />City Administrator Wurl then added that he <br />too had a most enjoyable year and it was a <br />privilege to have worked for all the members. <br /> <br />City Administrator Wurl discussed the resolution <br />with Council, and explained Lafayette's position. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl explained how this would <br />apply to our City. Wood Brothers was fairly <br />well taken care of and will not have any effect <br />on what they have scheduled for 1974. <br />Regarding First Federal-Public Service suggested <br />they apply for what they would actually need <br />between January 1st and July 1st, 1974, then <br />re-apply for their needs thereafter. This <br />would be approximately 30 homes. <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
