~GULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 18, 1973 yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Dom- enico no. Motion carried. Councilman Jensen moved to call for material bids only. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. All in favor. Motion carried. F. Fire House Financing Bid tabulation presented to Council - three bidders - Preferred Leasing, First Municipal Leasing and EccoLease. Councilman Jensen moved that City Attorney be advised to advertise for bids on fire house construction and have bid opening Sept- err~er 28, 1973 and bid be awarded at the re- gular meeting of October 2nd, 1973. Seoonded by Councilman Domenico. Af'ter~ reviewal of bids - Councilman Domenico moved to award leasing contract to Preferred Leasing Co., low bidder for the 10 year term, monthly payment quoted at $1,356.60. Seconded by Councilman Jensen. First payment to be made January 1974. Roll call vote - Deborski yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. CITY ATTORNEYS REPORT ~A. Ordinance #427 - Revising Service Expansion Fe~e Councilman Donovan moved that Ordinance #427 be published and public hearing be held November 7th, 1973. Seconded by Councilman Jensen. Roll call vote-Deborski yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. D B. Ordinance #428 - Use Tax and the State will handle collection of Lbuisville's Gross Re- ceipts Tax and remit to the City. Councilman Deborski moved that Ordinance #428 be adopted. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Roll call vote - Deborski yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. ~ C.
