Qrdinance #427 - Revision Service Expansion <br />Fee <br />Councilman Donovan moved that Ordinance #427 <br />be published and public hearing be held <br />November 7th, 1973. Seconded by Councilman <br />Jensen. Roll call vote - Deborski yes, Jensen <br />yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />D. Ordinance #428 - Use Tax and the State will <br />nandle collection of Louisville's Gross Re- <br />ceipts Tax and remit to the City. <br />Councilman Deborski moved that Ordinance #428 <br />be adopted. Seconded by CouncilvJOmc1J1 Scholl. <br />Roll call vote - Deborski yes, Jensen yes, <br />Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />E. Ordinance #429 - Establishing Salaries of <br />Mayor and Elected Officials of t:;ie City of <br />Louisville. <br />Councilman Domenico moved to increane the <br />Mayor's salary to $900.00 per year and Coun- <br />cilmens' salary to $600.00 per year, City <br />Clerk to $9,000.00 per year, City Treasurer <br />to $900.00 per year. Seconded by Council- <br />woman Scholl. Roll call vote - Deborski <br />no, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, <br />Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Jensen moved to publish Ordinance <br />#429. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. All <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />F. Resolution 21, Series 1973 Water Coalition. <br />Councilman Deborski moved-to-adop t Re-soIti"=" <br />tion #21, Series 1973. Seconded by Council- <br />woman Scholl. Roll call vote - Domenico yes, <br />Scholl yes, Donovan yes, Jensen yes, Deborski <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VACATION OF ALLEY <br /> <br />City Administrator Hurl reported there had been <br />one objection to the vacation of the alley on <br />West St. from Mrs. Solange Michel. Records of <br />Title Company and County Assessor do not include <br />alley in Mrs. Michel's description. Anyone has <br />the right to oppose. If the alley is vacated <br />one-half the alley would go to each property <br />owner adjacent to the alley. Further discussion <br />will be held in person or in writing at the <br />October 2nd, 1973 Council J.-leeting. <br /> <br />_~J.)JOURNl'1ENT <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved for adjournment. <br />Seconded by Councilman Jensen.
