<br />ADJOURNED llliETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OCTOBER 23, 1973 <br /> <br />WATER METERS <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #41.6 <br />SERVICE EXPANSION FEE <br /> <br />ADJOURNHENT <br /> <br />Councilman Deborski moved to have the City Attor- <br />ney to draw up an Ordinance to have water meters <br />installed on any property being transferred inside <br />the City limits. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. <br />After debate and discussion the motion was changed <br />to read that the City Attorney prepare the Ordin- <br />ance in two forms - one to read the ommission from <br />meter requirements of the state transfer to the <br />spouse and immediate family. The other to read <br />m~ters installed on any transfer of property. <br />Question called for - three ayes, Councilman <br />Domenico dissenting. Motion carried 3 to 1. <br /> <br />Councilman Deborski proposed and moved that an <br />amendment be made to Ordiance 41416 - Service <br />Expansion Fee that all the figures contained <br />therein be doubled and to further amend it to <br />state that half of the fees go to the General <br />Fund. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. This is <br />to include the new developments only. Question <br />called for - 3 ayes, Councilman Domenico dissenting. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that the meeting be <br />adjourned till next regular Council meeting on <br />November 13, 1973. Seconded by Councilman <br />Donovan. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />
