Ordinance =/FL't-17 - DOCUMENTARY FEE. <br />Couneihvoman Scholl moved that Ordinance {f:4l7 <br />be adopted as amended. Seconded by Councilman <br />King. <br />Amendment - exclude the entities of the City <br />from the fee. <br />Roll call vote - King yes, Jensen no, Donovan <br />yes, Scholl yes. Motion defeated. <br /> <br />C. Ordinance =/J:4l9 - ALLEY VACATION. <br />Councilman King moved that Ordinance =//=419 <br />be adopted. Ordinance #421 - PERSONNEL CODE <br />Mayor Caranci requested that this Ordinance be <br />discussed at a work session <br /> <br />After a report on the Police Pension Fund, Mayor <br />Caranci deferred all action until the Police Com- <br />mission gave the report a thorough review. <br /> <br />Councilm.an King moved that the City Treasurer be <br />authorized to .~lace the Revenue Sharing money into <br />Certificates of Deposit. Seconded by Councilwoman <br />Scholl. Roll call vote - King yes, Jensen yes, <br />Donovan yes, Scholl yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Jensen moved for adjournment.
