Do you want to go into temporary financing and pay Bruns as the schedule outlines or negotiate further with Bruns and see if we can outline some payment plan? I met with Bruns t:oday and he has a point. He fronted the project up to this point, vlhich is some 2 or 2':2 years, and of course he would like to get some money. DEBORSKI: I think he has a legit:imate point. Have you discussed any amounts that he needs right away? ~J.R. LIQUOR LICENSE FOR SENOR T'S. PAUL MORRIS: A new licensE: should be posted for 30 days. DEBORSKI: Comment on Urban Renewal minutes - they have authorized some gentleman to go and check all utilities and pin point locations. URBAN RENEWAL: Meetings held 18th and 24th. Motion carried. ORDINANCE # 404 An Ordinance creating an En9ineering Department - King suggested have En- gineer review building permits. Motion by Domenico to publish Ordinance #404; seconded by Scholl. Motion carried. VIRG DONOVAN: Since Virg Donovan won't be here for two months, Mrs. Scholl was appointed to Planning Commission for two months.
