Regular Meeting ORDINANCE 411 ORDINANCE 412 POLICE MAGISTRATE REPORT HEALTH OFFICERS REPORT BILLS ADJOURNMENT Louisville City Council March 6t 1973 An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, Colorado on petition of Wood Brothers Homes Inc. 112.454 acres situated in the north- west quarter of section 8, township 1 south, range 69 west of the 6th P.M. County of Boulder, State of Colorado. Councilman King moved that Ordinance No. 411 be published. Seconed by Council- man Jensen. All in favor. Motion carried. Public hearing to bE~ held April 3t 1973. An Ordinance to llmel1d Section 3.1, election of officers, of Chapter 3, e1ec t:lons, of the Louisvi lle Municipal Code by pro- viding for staggl!red terms of 4 years for the elected alderman, and repealing all o'rdinances or parts of the Louisville Code in conflict therewith. Councilman Deborski moved that Ordinance #412 be published. Sec- onded by Councilman King. Roll Call vote - Deborski yes, King yes, Jensen yest Donovan no, Scholl no, Domenico. Tie vote - Mayor Caranci cast a yes vote. Motion carried. Police Magistrate report read showing sixty six (66) cases were tried and $633.00 assessed and turned over to the City. Council- man King moved that: report be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. All tn favor. Motion carried. Haaltn Officer Cassidy reported no contagious diseases during the month of Februal~Y. Councilman Jensen that report be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. All in favor. Motion carried. Bills were read in the amount of $40,966.10 Interest on Bonds 1,307.50 Total $42,473.50 King moved that bills be allowed Seco'nded by Councilman Deborski. and warrants drawn All in favor. Motion Councilman for same. carried. Councilman Jensen moved for adjournment. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. All in favor. Motion carried.
