Mr. Wurl advised cauncil that <br />we need to get thase lines connected be fare summer as it means draining <br />the 16" line and supplying the City tV'ith the 8" line. Attarney Marris <br />suggested we write a letter to Ajax specifying a resanab1e amount of time <br />(seven days) to get busy and get the job done or we will sublet the <br />contract. Mayor and Council agreed to instruct the City Attarney to <br />write such a letter. <br /> <br />An ordinance to vacate alleys north and south 1-5 lots, Block 6 <br />Plesant Hill additian, lot 7-11 Jefferson place - Grant Avenue <br />lots 5 thru 11 in Block 5, lots 5 thru 11 Block 6. Staggered terms <br />4 years for City Council. It was maved by Councilman King to adopt <br />Ordinance #412. Seconded by Councilman Jensen. Roll call 'late - <br />Four no's, one yes. It ~~as moved by Councilman Jensen to adapt Ordinance <br />#414. Seconded by Coundlman King.
