<br />Regular \1eeting <br /> <br />RDINANCE :/f4l3 <br /> <br />PARKS & RECRE- <br />ATION <br /> <br />3.2 LIQUOR <br />LICENSE APPLI- <br />CATION <br /> <br />STREET LIGHT- <br />ING <br /> <br />Louisville City Council <br /> <br />April 17, 1973 <br /> <br />A Public Hearing was held on Ordinance :/f4l3 amending <br />Chapter 25 of the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville <br />entitled "Zoning the property annexed to the City of Louis- <br />ville, Colorado by Ordinance #411 as petitioned by Wood <br />Brothers, Inc.11 <br />Question by Bill Gans at Public Hearing - Are you planning <br />to bury the utility wires? <br />Answer: Yes <br />Question by Carmen DeSantis - Will there be any overhead <br />wiring in the green-belt area? <br />Answer: No <br />Councilman King moved that Ordinance #413 be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call vote - Deborski no, <br />King yes, Domenico yes, Scholl no, Donovan yes. Motion carried. <br />Attorney Morris stated that passage required majority of those <br />present. <br /> <br />Chairman Keith Helart reported that the Board was not ready <br />to submit draft of an Ordinance for real estate transfer <br />tax to acquire funds for park development, and would like <br />to be placed on the agenda for May 1st meeting. <br />Keith also stated the Board would like approval on bid <br />package (swimming pool only) Two bids will be obtained for <br />the pool and for the bath house. Keith asked to have a motion <br />by Council to advertise and have the bid package to be picked <br />up at City Hall, and by next Council meeting another bid pack- <br />age for the bath house. Proposed location of the Pool will <br />require a variance, and money will be availabe about August <br />1st. <br />Councilman King moved to approve submission of these plans <br />based upon the approval of City Engineer, City Administrator <br />and City Attorney. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Roll <br />call vote - Deborski no, King yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, <br />Scholl yes, Domenico no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3.2 Liquor license application submitted by Duane Elrod <br />at Rolando's - cannot be set for twenty (20) days after <br />the application has been filed. Public notice must be <br />published ten (10) days prior to the hearing. It was re- <br />commended we both publish and post same as regular liquor <br />license. Application was submitted on April 13, 1973 - <br />Hearing date established May 15, 1973. <br /> <br />Proposed changes will increase cost $1,344.00 per year <br />Councilman King moved to revise the street lighting as <br />detailed in Public Service letter dated March 21, 1973. <br />Seconded by Councilman Donovan. Roll call vote - all in <br />favor. Motion carried. <br />
