Councilman Donovan suga,ested that all committee reports be gi.ITe'- before items not on ap:enda. Also haITe a plan- ning report every meeting. Reported on Finance meeting wi th bUdgeting proedures and a time table was set for 1973 budget. This is on file. Followirg budgeting procedures approved regarding Council action. 1. City Treasurer and ~ity Clerk to set up new filing system. 2. Finance Committee be authorized tc contact outside source to i"stall new billing sy'stem for water and sanitation. 3. City AdministrAtor to make house t:> house check in order to complete water rates on houses not on meters. 4. Tfiat Lity Clerk publish gross pay rather than net pay. Attorney Morris said it "roul 0A impossible af: the bills would not be correct. Instructed to use double entry. Council requested that Gity Attorney write letters to the10venor, Le"irtators and Colo., Municipal Leagne in protest of Louis'Tille being placed in Jeff'erson (jounty on the new reapDortionment. Councilman Deborski reque~ted that revision of annexation Gode be gi\'en to Phnning Commission. Dennis Lumherg reque~"ted that Ron Finleon be apoointed to -'~he Housing Board of Appeals. Hotion br Donovan seconded by King that Ron Finleon be apnointed to T1011sing Board of Anpeals. Motion carried. Other members will be appointE~d later. Council to hire housing inspector.
