Rene..ral, regarding workable program for <br />corrununity improvement, Louisville was rC'3.d by Nayor Caranci. Motion by Deborski, <br />seconded by King that letter be signed &'1d mailed. Roll call vote - unanimous. <br />Notion carried. <br /> <br />Let ter from Klub8rt WaremboUlre read by Mayor Carand regarding easemr?lt for <br />water line. Hotion by King, seconded b7 Ibborsld that agreemE!1 t letter be <br />accepted and fee of $1.00 per running foot for easement be paid. Votedyes <br />unanimously. Hotion carried. <br /> <br />Bill from Intermountain Systems presented for ..rnrk done on the Pump Station, <br />amounting to $6,445~27. Motion by Deborski, seconded by King that bill be <br />paid as rf;comrnended by Ken Bruns. Roll call vote - yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Bill from Ajax - P~ent No.2, in the a~nunt of $18,123.30 presented. <br />Motion by King, seconded by Donovan that bill b8 paid. Vote unanimous yes. <br />Motion carried. Deborski mane recommendation that extras be watched more <br />care.fully. Ajax had present,ed $335.00 extra f()r South Boulder Road., and <br />$202.00 extra for vault drain. Deborsld. furt.her recommended that someone <br />make tabulations and make surp- extras aro 1->::>80-1 on Ken's recommendations. <br /> <br />URBAN RENEV1AL: Lundberg- no rE!port. HtTD meettng to be held 19 April 1972, <br />will reDort after meeting. <br /> <br />PARKS AND RECREATION: Kei th Helart als:) ..mnted to hold off on report until <br />adjourned meeting 24 April 19n after Hud m9ct.ing - didn't want Parks Report <br />to be in conflict with Urban Renewal. YNCA has as!\:ed Parks and Recreation for <br />$2,000.00 from their budget, for various items to b3 contained in a letter to <br />be presented to Council at the adjourned meet.inp,.by Keith.
