Rene..ral, regarding workable program for corrununity improvement, Louisville was rC'3.d by Nayor Caranci. Motion by Deborski, seconded by King that letter be signed &'1d mailed. Roll call vote - unanimous. Notion carried. Let ter from Klub8rt WaremboUlre read by Mayor Carand regarding easemr?lt for water line. Hotion by King, seconded b7 Ibborsld that agreemE!1 t letter be accepted and fee of $1.00 per running foot for easement be paid. Votedyes unanimously. Hotion carried. Bill from Intermountain Systems presented for ..rnrk done on the Pump Station, amounting to $6,445~27. Motion by Deborski, seconded by King that bill be paid as rf;comrnended by Ken Bruns. Roll call vote - yes. Motion carried. Bill from Ajax - P~ent No.2, in the a~nunt of $18,123.30 presented. Motion by King, seconded by Donovan that bill b8 paid. Vote unanimous yes. Motion carried. Deborski mane recommendation that extras be watched more care.fully. Ajax had present,ed $335.00 extra f()r South Boulder Road., and $202.00 extra for vault drain. Deborsld. furt.her recommended that someone make tabulations and make surp- extras aro 1->::>80-1 on Ken's recommendations. URBAN RENEV1AL: Lundberg- no rE!port. YNCA has as!\:ed Parks and Recreation for $2,000.00 from their budget, for various items to b3 contained in a letter to be presented to Council at the adjourned meet.inp,.by Keith. This money for YHCA cannot be expended from Federe.l or City funds, ,.rhich vTill also be contained in letter.
