Could find no record of deed having been issued <br />to Wigton, but he had paid $1,000.00 for the purchase - verified by City Clerk. Judge recommended tha.t all bonded indebtedness be paid off before City <br />take over; however if this would cause a hardship the city could still take over <br />and second hearing with tfudge nEicessary. Paul suggest.ed ballots be printed and <br />voted upon September 12, 1972' alcng with the Primary J::.lection. PercJ' instructed <br />by Council to print ballots and publish same.
