Motion by Maxwell, seconded by Donovan to accept Dm 279.4 and Mayor be <br />authorized to sign same. Roll call vote - Debroski yes, King yes, Ibnovan yes, <br />Maxwell yes, Motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Maxwell, seconded ~1 Ilonovan to have contract with Oblinger-5mith on <br />oomprehensive plan.
