Mayor passed the <br />decid..i.ng vote on the amendmEmt as a yes vote. <br /> <br />SANITATION: <br />Attorney Morris instructed 'to 'write Ordinance on Sanitation hook-up. <br /> <br />APPROPRATION ORDINANCE: <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #400 AN ANNUAL AP?ROPRIA TION ORDINAN CE: Appropriating <br />sums of money to defray the expense any liabilities of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado for the City's fiscal year beginning January 1, 1973 and ending December <br />31, 1973. Motion by Donovan, seconded by Jensen to accept Ordinance #400 as read <br />and publisho Roll call vot,e .. Jensen yes, King yes, Donovan yes, Maxwell yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION #30 <br />Motion by King, seconded by JE~nsen to adopt Resolution #30 - total acreage 23.90. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />GOLF COURSE: <br />Mr. Wurl brought up the idE~a of a green belt between Lafayette & Louisville and <br />possibly a 9 hole golf course. $185,000 available from Grant balance proceed from <br />land. Money to be used for Sani tation purposes to defray sewer works. Have to <br />,'JUly 1st to consider this program. <br /> <br />LIQUOR LICENSE: <br />Application read for Three Coins Restaurant. Motion by Jensen, seconded by King <br />to accept application. Moticln carried. <br />Application for Track Inn. l'lotion by King, seconded by Jensen to accept applicattion. <br />Motion carried. <br />Application for Bungalow Drug. Motion by Maxwell, seconded by Jensen to accept <br />anpChicationo Motic:n carried.. <br /> <br />POLICE MAGISTRATE REPORT: <br />106 cases were tried and :lr736.00 assessed and turned over to the City. Motion <br />by King, seconded by JensE:m -co accept report. Motion carried. <br /> <br />BIUS : <br />Bills read $5,166.25 for bond redemption and interest. Bills $23,249.14 for <br />General F..xpense _ tQtal $28,415.390 Motion by King, seconded by D:movan to p~ <br />bills.
