Motion by King, seconded <br />by Jensen to adopt resolution and copy to be sent to Hrs. Maxwel1. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY: <br />First meeting to be held in ,January. Boyd Forbis complained of then <br />hippies living in house in 900 block of Jefferson Ave. Also com- <br />plained of police not enforcing the Ordinance on shoveling sidewalks. <br /> <br />CONTINENTAL VIE.).J ESTATES: <br />Letter from R. V. Lord and Associates in regards to request on how soon <br />Louisville would be able to furnish waGer and sewer services to Continental View <br />Estates. <br />KING: Write letter that waiier will be furnished after Sani ta tion Plant is <br />completed. No change in plans and will be the same as before. <br />DSBORSKI: What would earliest, possible date be? <br />Motion by Deborski, sec:onded by King thC't the original contract with the City <br />be amended through December 31;, 1973 to exercise option. l1ction carried. <br /> <br />CAP CONSTRUCTIDN: Payment of $1,640.36 requested. Motion by King to authori ze <br />payment, seconded by Jensen. Motion carried. <br /> <br />SANITATION DISTRICT: Transferred all assests to the City - $93,000.00. :';50,000 <br />invested in 9Li day CD, balanee used to acqlJire the land, $$,000 in 1971 bond <br />issue and the remainder plac:ed in a 30 day CD. Motion by King to authorize all <br />investments and withdrawals, seconded by Jensen. Hotion carried. <br /> <br />PERCY: <br /> <br />All CD's to be kept, in safety de;Josit box at all times. <br /> <br />LIONS CLUB: Request for contribut.ion to Christmas tree children's treats. Letter <br />- be sent - Council will pay deficit if they do not have enough money to pay bills. <br /> <br />C OUNC I L CQj\]{EN TS : <br />KING: Railroad crossing 'lims discuss.::!d nine months ago; requested extra w:'dth <br />orunderpass. No money available for underpass.
