<br />City Council <br />Study Session Summary <br />September 8, 2009 <br />Library Meeting Room <br />951 Spruce Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in a study session at 7:00 p.m. in <br />st <br />the 1 Floor Library Meeting Room, 851 Spruce Street, Louisville, Colorado. The <br />following persons were present - <br />City Council Present: Mayor Chuck Sisk <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Sheri Marsella <br /> Ron Sackett <br />Dave Clabots <br />Frost Yarnell <br />Hank Dalton <br />Bob Muckle (Arrived 7:05 p.m.) <br />City Council Absent: None <br /> Staff Present: Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />Rhonda Welborn, Executive Assistant <br />36 Commuting Solutions <br />Audrey DeBarros, Executive Director, presented an overview of the US 36 <br />Commuting Solutions, a non profit organization. Information in the presentation <br />included the mission and advocacy role of the organization, as well as the <br />planning process. Debarros discussed the completion of the 2009 US 36 <br />Environmental Impact Study (EIS). The multi-modal plan will be reviewed by the <br />Colorado Department of Transportation’s (CDOT) legal department. The plan <br />will be completed in phases, which will reduce cost and negative impact within <br />the communities. Phases include the following components: <br />1. Managed Lane <br />2. Bus Rapid Transit <br />3. Commuter Bikeway <br />4.
