Letter from Farmers Inf'L1rance Co. restrict- <br />ing driving of City vehicles. Hotion by l'1udrock seconded by Koprowski <br />that Hines be suspended to April 21, 1970. Motion Carried. City Adminis- <br />trator to assume duties as administrattve head of the Plice Dept. <br />Mudrock stated that applications were down to two, one had driving record <br />no in~urance, Glen Nilow was suggested, give his employer two weeks notice <br />and report for ful'l time i'JOrk April 21st. Hotion by Tomeo seconded by Berry <br />thatfEd-lo..r be hired. Motion carried. Berry, swear Milow in immediately so <br />he can act as temporary man. <br /> <br />PLANNING Cm1MISSION: Letter from Aquarius Developing Motion by Berry <br />seconded by Koprowski to concur with Planning Commission. Letter by written <br />and given to ~liff Brock. Perrplla anproval of site plan, propose entering <br />into a contractual agreement on sewer and wa:t;er. Definite underst~nding on <br />water and sewer go on record as to what the liontractors will do. l'enative <br />proposal of 5 acres plot parelling \.;emetery for expanding the Cemetery. <br />Take 5 acres out of the 13 acres ~iven to County or wOlJld this be a separate <br />proposal? Koprowski request the Count,\r to set aside the amount. ,take in lieu <br />of part of 13 acres. Berry agree with Perrella if County does not agree <br />reIT"rt to jroitial plan. At'orne,'T Horris to T1rrite letter to the County Comm- <br />issioners allo'l-J the developer to deed to Loui8\'ille 5 acres of land so that <br />the Cemetery may be expanded in the future. Roll Call vote Tomeo yes, <br />Koprowski yes, Berry yes, Mudrock yes, Perrella yes, Motion carried. <br /> <br />ITEHS rOT ON A~El-mA: }1",ayor CarC:1Dci r(~ported on progress meeting for Coal <br />Creek BAsin, all five cities have agreed to participate, Broomfield, <br />La Payette, Erie, Superior and Loutsville. Louisville, Lafayetteand Broom- <br />field wOllld pay $3,000. each, Erie and '=>uperior $1,000.. <br /> <br />DOLICE MAGISTR~TE REPORT: Total of Porty-eight cases were tried and $568.00 <br />assessed and turned over to the City. Motion b.y Tomeo seconded b'T Koprowski to <br />acceptreport. Motion carried. <br />
