Berry pointed out that one and one~half blocks of paving have been lost due to poor drainage. Attorney Morris suggested that the City might file a clain to the w:-iter. Jensen said a small filter system might be set up to purify it. Morris said develop8rs building on the property at 1300 block on Lincoln i'muld not -qay for a master dtainage system.
