Maps received from Lafayette on water and sewer. Prepared by <br />Stearns Rogers reviewed, meeting to be called with Lafa,vette <br />to clarify maps. Rome to contact Flewelling for meeting about <br />August 19th. <br /> <br />2. Letter from HerschelE. NUBs for additional funds for F~alth Dept. <br />for 1971 budget (765.00). Rome to set a meetLng with the Health <br />Dept. people. <br /> <br />3. Invoices forcheinicals from Del Chemical Corp. received. Rome <br />to find out if chemicals can be stored. <br /> <br />4. Applications received from 8 people. ROlJle thought no one '-1as <br />qualified. Mayor to appoint a committee of 3, Dondelinger, <br />Berry and koprowski. Meeting ~ gust 212t for interviews. <br />Adds to "te re-run 1 'W'eek. <br /> <br />5. Slury machine discuss:ed - bids should be gottne from pavi1.g <br />Companies an cost to bring our streets up to par before b~ying <br />machine. <br /> <br />6. Various council membelrs commented and discussed the contraversal <br />issues pertaining to News Items and quotes by editor. ,Percy re- <br />garding the dismis "a1 of Administrator Jensen. Mayor varanci and <br />Perrella clearly stnted their position and condemed Percy for his <br />action and felt that a retraction of certain statements ',f'~re in <br />order and to dease all bickering on the subject. <br /> <br />8. General Discussion on the pr~li1"1inary plan of Harper" alby <br />centered mainly on the ration of trailers J pads to singl,~ family <br />residence. The fi.nal discus$ion was to refer the plan t:> . the <br />1.0 tisville Planning Board for their recommendation at the next <br />regualr meeting. <br /> <br />9. Mr. perrella presentE!d chart on the 8 steps necessary for com- <br />pletion of the comprE!hensive plan showing progress to da l:,;~ and <br />tentative :fate for' completion of same. <br /> <br />10. Meeting adjourned. <br />
