Liquor Licenses were presented <br />for the following: <br />. Joan Smith & 11ike Fl~itts (Twin Light) <br />Luciano Colebello (Luigi's) <br />'ltlilliam Cone (Track Inn) <br />R'oland Iacino, Inc., (Rolando'S) <br />Tl~d Borrego & Jim Montoya (Batchlor j:) <br />Motion by Berry seconded by Mudrock "hat all <br />applications be ~cccpted. Mayor stated we could'use money spent on <br />streets and the new school for our matchir,g funds. Berry moved <br />tha t Louisville \/aycces be designated b.'l City council to prepare <br />Housing Code, subm:lt sugr,estuins as to a Housing ~~uthority and <br />prepare propom'lll' l'egarding the implementations of an Urban Renewal <br />prof-ram tQ the (,;j~ ty of Louisville. Council all agreed. <br />Student from KelY Club (Junior Kiwanis) would like to ha ve pro- <br />clamation submitted to newspaper declaring week from November 29, <br />1970 to Dec. 5, 1970 as Key Club week. <br />Mike Fritts asked for a right of way on the railroad spurr which <br />rl1ns throught thel property on Pine Street across the tracks kno,m <br />as the Bodhaine property. Berry, this property rie;ht of way belongs <br />to the LO\lisvillE~ OJoni tation JJistrict, advised to present proposal <br />in i-TI'i t.ting with map to the Sanitation District. <br /> <br />CITY ADHD' ISTnJi TORS ImpORT: <br />Ken Bruns to obtalin b ids on 8'" water line from filter to EPIC <br />Property. Streets being repaired. Automatic valve working at the <br />fil tel' p1a nt. Hald heating system in ~ity Hall checked. Heating <br />unit is to small for this building. <br />Pres~nted platt em property to Mrs. Udovich very receptive, right of <br />way tvill rnn close to the house 8' from house to i qside of sidewalk. <br />Berry thought it wonld be proper to send a letter in regards to this <br />matter. Attorney' norris should have determined boundry line and stake <br />settings. Motion by .oerry seconded by Dondelinger to install curb and <br />gutter on Jefferson Jive. Dondlinger, stay as far as possible away <br />from the house. Holl,ywood type curb. Thr. boundry hCls been determined <br />and the stakes will be set. Motion carried.
