Phase II $250,000. Phase III <br />$1,500,000. <br /> <br />Mountain States Video 1rill pay $60.00 to publish agreement. <br /> <br />Chief Patrick went to Governor Love in regards to annexing Hi-way 42 <br />so police can enforce speed limit. State ..Jill still maintain it. <br />Mayor Caranci asked wh;r hedid not go through proper 'channels. Pre- <br />sent to council first. Cost would be publications. Motion by Berry <br />to instruct attorney to proceed with petition on Hiway 42. Chief <br />to be informed that things should be brought to Council. Seconded <br />by Koprowski. Motion I~arried. . <br /> <br />10 Ton limit signs t.o. be installed sopn - through trucks only. Building <br />shelf in garage to obtain room for fellows to work~ Concrete fioor and <br />bench - no sanitary conditions. <br /> <br />Dondelinger - ball park, water turned off in the winter. Berry could <br />use Capital Imp. fund laeeds addition. <br /> <br />Berry - Has. anything been done in regards to signs for city limits? <br />Has' a man ~o do job if we will furnish material. <br /> <br />Ordinance 379 read - Motion by Koprowski, seconded by Mudrock that <br />ordinance 379 be adopt1ed and published. An ordinance granting to Mt. <br />States Video, a non-ex1clusive, revocable permit and license to operate <br />within City of Louisville, Colorado, a system for reception and dis- <br />tribution of pictures ,and sounds by cable, sometimes known as cable <br />television system, and procuring conditions and regulations relating <br />thereto. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Two shares of Howard water will be moved'in June 1971, available <br />after June...hearing.
