Call to Order - Chairperson Donna Hauswald called the meeting to order. II. Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: Commission Members Present: Donna Hauswald, Dan Mellish, Sean Moynihan, Dave Ferguson, Don Ross, Virginia Caranci, Brian Chamberlin, Colleen Vandendriessche, Pat Seader Commission Members Absent: Sally Burlingame, Dustin Sagrillo, Anne Robinson, Diane Marino, Alice Koerner City Representatives Present: Bridget Bacon, Museum Coordinator Meredyth Muth, Public Relations Manager III. Approval of Agenda - All members approved the agenda. IV. Approval of March Minutes - All members approved on motion of Dave Ferguson. V. Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda - Jean Morgan made comments on the use of public areas around the City with respect to the possible location of a memorial for John Breaux. VI. Discussion of Priorities and Assignments - Donna Hauswald handed out a guideline sheet for priorities, most of which were based on the Commission's discussion of priorities at the March meeting. Individuals weighed in on the merits of maintaining the Commission's involvement in different events. In an effort to focus its members' time and attention on fewer projects, the Commission decided to not have the Silent Auction or booths for the Taste of Louisville and Fourth of July in 2009. Individuals indicated their interest in working on different projects. . Colleen and Sally offered to work on the Holiday Home Tour; . Pat and Virginia are to help Bridget organize the Museum Open House for the Taste of Louisville and the Museum Open House for the Parade of Lights; . Brian is to help Bridget with scheduling Museum tours and with Museum volunteer recruitment and training;
