<br />Historical Commission <br />Minutes <br />July 15, 2009 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br />cataloged and stored. Dustin Sag rill 0 requested approval for $200 for additional <br />tapeslDVDs and to begin having DVD copies made. The Commission members <br />approved the request on the motion of Virginia Caranci. <br />E. Walking Tour: Historic Boulder is hosting a walking tour of historical downtown <br />Louisville to be held Aug. 5 at 5:45 PM starting at the Library Meeting Room. <br />Historical Commission member Anne Robinson has generously agreed to <br />prepare and lead the tour. <br />F. History Book club - The Book Club will be starting again in September. <br />G. Holiday Home Tour - Colleen Vandendriessche, Meredyth Muth, and Bridget <br />Bacon met recently. They have been coordinating with the Downtown Business <br />Association in order to encourage and facilitate participation by downtown <br />merchants and restaurants in the Home Tour this year. There are presently four <br />houses to be on the Tour, and a fifth is being sought. <br />H. Membership - no questions from the Commission members about the report. <br /> <br />X. Chairperson's Report - None <br /> <br />XI. Commission Comments - Virginia Caranci asked if the Commission would be doing <br />anything for the Labor Day Fall Festival. It was decided that the Commission should <br />have a booth at Community Park on the day of Labor Day. Brian Chamberlin <br />volunteered to pick up the needed sales inventory and other items from Bridget <br />Bacon. <br /> <br />XII. Motion to Adjourn - The meeting was adjourned on the motion of Don Ross. <br />
