<br />WATER COMMITTEE <br /> <br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />DATE: <br /> <br />WATER COMMITTEE <br />TOM PHARE, DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />September 22, 2009 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Water Meter System <br />ORIGINATING DEPARTMENT: Public Works Department <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />Over the last few months staff has been working on procurement of a new water meter system. <br />The new system is needed in order to replace the aged water meters throughout town. Staff <br />received four proposals for meter systems, narrowed the proposals to two based on cost and <br />capabilities.
