Louisville City Council Meeting September 17, 2002 Page 7 RESOLUTION NO. 33, SERIES 2002 - FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 6,891 SF TWO-STORY MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING, LOT 2, COAL CREEK MEDICAL CAMPUS Davidson asked Planning Director Wood if the Final PUD Development Plan for Coal . Creek Medical Campus is compliant with the exception of the setback request. Wood confirmed that the Plan is compliant with the exception of the setback request. Davidson called for Applicant presentation. There was no presentation. Davidson stated that if the Final PUD Development Plan did not have the setback exception request, which requires Council approval, it would have been approved on the consent agenda. MOTION: Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 33, Series 2002. seconded by Keany. Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of7-0. RESOLUTION NO. 34, SERIES 2002 - CREATING A HISTORICAL PRESERVATION COMMISSION Davidson called for Staff presentation. City Attorney Sam Light reported that the Home Rule Carter requires the City Council establish a Historical Preservation Commission through an ordinance. He requested that Resolution No. 34, Series 2002, be tabled, and reintroduced when Council considers the accompanying ordinance at the next regular meeting. MOTION: Davidson moved that Council table Resolution No. 34, Series 2002, seconded by Mayer. All in favor. ORDINANCE NO. 1400, SERIES 2002 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17.57.070 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT AN UPDATED FLOOD INSURANCE RATE MAP FOR THE CITY OF LOUSVILLE - 1 sl reading - set public hearing 10/01/02 Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1400, Series 2002. MOTION: Sisk moved that Council send out Ordinance No. 1499, Series 2002, for publication and set a public hearing for October 1,2002, seconded by Keany. All in favor. 7
