SIMMONS <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />OCTOBER 1, 2002 <br />Resolution No. 35, Series 2002 - Main Street Louisville Business <br />Improvement District 2003 Operating Plan and Budget <br /> <br />SUMMARY: <br /> <br />The Main Street Louisville Business Improvement District is required to have its annual <br />Operating Plan and Budget approved by the City Council as set forth in C.R.S. 31-25-1211. As. <br />the election to raise downtown taxes to support the BID failed, the BID is submitting a budget of <br />$0.00 for 2003. <br /> <br />Although the election to raise funds for the BID failed, the BID will continue to exist until such <br />time as the Board of Directors decides to go through the appropriate dissolution process. At <br />this time, the Board of Directors is planning to continue with the BID.
