$600,000 per occurrence) or any other rights, immunities, and protections provided by the <br />.Colorado Governmental Immunity Act, as from'ti_me to time amended, or otherwise <br />available to the City, its officers, or its employees. <br />3.6 The City shall provide certain in-kind services designated by the City Council <br />relating to the staging of the named events, including police and street maintenance <br />services and related City vehicles for City use. The City shall also make available such <br />public areas as the Council may designate for the staging of the. events, which may <br />include, but shall not be limited to, appropriate streets, parks, the Center for the. Arts, <br />Recreation Center, and City parking lots. The exact timing when the designated areas will <br />be available for the named events shall be determined by the Director of the affected City <br />Department. . <br />3.7 All requests for City services, supplies or staff, or use of public areas, shall <br />forward to the Designee for approval, and the Designee~shall forward approved requests to <br />the appropriate City departments. <br />4.0 Obligations of the Contractor: <br />4.1 The Contractor agrees to coordinate and be responsible for the provision of <br />the named events. All services performed under this Agreement shall be performed in a <br />timely and professional manner. <br />4.2 For each named event described, Contractor shall: <br />a. Form a volunteer steering committee. Contractor shall also notify the <br />Designee in writing at least five days- in advance of all event plannirig <br />meetings conducted by contractor which, include City staff members. <br />b.. Publicize each event in accordance with a plan to be approved by.the City. <br />Marketing for events shall indicate that the City of Louisville is the event <br />sponsor. Contractor shall submit in a timely manner to the Designee copies <br />of advertising and marketing materials, for promotional use at City Hall. <br />c. Prepare a report at the conclusion of each event which includes a description <br />of the event, an evaluation of the event, and recommendations for the next <br />year. Contractor shall also schedule a summary meeting within two weeks <br />after the final day of the event, in order to evaluate event coordination: The <br />Designee, City staff members and others involved in event execution shall be <br />notified in writing at least five days in advance of the meeting time and <br />location. <br />d. Coordinate with appropriate City Departments the staging of the events, <br />including any closure of City streets, obtaining necessary sanilets, cleaning <br />up after the events, and Police Department and other services to be provided <br />3 <br />
