:01R <br />Boulder County Clerk, O00RD R 41.00 D 0.00 <br /> <br />vacated area (K) on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Such vacated <br />area consists of approximately 67,707 square feet. Title to the vacated right-of-way shall vest as <br />provided by law. <br /> <br /> ~. The City hereby vacates the City's interests in the following easements <br />dedicated on the plat of Health Park Subdivision Filing No. 5, which vacated easements are <br />described below and depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto (the area of the vacated portion is set <br />forth below): <br /> <br />(A) <br /> <br />That certain 25-foot access easement consisting of approximately 34,102 square feet <br />and identified as easement (A) on Exhibit A; <br /> <br />(B) <br /> <br />That certain 25-foot access easement consisting of approximately 15,946 square feet <br />and identified as easement (B) on Exhibit A; <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />That certain 25-foot temporary access easement consisting of approximately 6,239 <br />square feet and identified as easement (C) on Exhibit A; <br /> <br />(D) <br /> <br />That certain 6-foot utility easement consisting of approximately 2,061 square feet <br />and identified as easement (D) on Exhibit A; <br /> <br />(E) <br /> <br />That certain 25-foot utility easement consisting of approximately 375 square feet <br />and identified as easement (E) on Exhibit A; <br /> <br />(F) <br /> <br />That certain 15-foot to 25-foot utility easement consisting of approximately 1,025 <br />square feet and identified as easement (F) on Exhibit A; <br /> <br />(G) <br /> <br />A portion of that certain 25-foot to 35-foot utility easement, such portion consisting <br />of approximately 11,050 square feet and identified as easement (G) on Exhibit A; <br /> <br />(H) <br /> <br />The south ten feet of a portion of that certain 35-foot utility easement, such portion <br />consisting of approximately 2,903 square feet and identified as easement (H) on <br />Exhibit A; and <br /> <br />(J) That certain i0-foot gas, electric and telephone easement consisting of <br /> approximately 7,214 square feet and identified as easement (J) on Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> ~qeetion 3. Easements for existing public utilities, if any, shall not be altered or <br />amended by virtue of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
