<br />Keany inquired what the floor area ratio (FAR) would be for this building. <br /> <br />Sisk calculated the FAR to be 0.66. <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, asked for clarification on the building elevation and turret <br />height as the heights listed on the plans vary from the heights listed in the staff report. He asked <br />if the applicant would agree to a 29-foot height limit to the peak of the roof and a 35-foot height <br />limit to the top of the turret. <br /> <br />Harris replied that they would agree to a 29-foot height limit from the top of the finished floor to <br />the peak. <br /> <br />Davidson requested that a color board be provided for Council review. <br /> <br />Harris replied a color board was delivered prior to this meeting. <br /> <br />Davidson called D)r a two-minute recess to locate the color board. <br /> <br />Davidson called the meeting back to order. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, gave a brief presentation of the color board. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council approve Resolution No. 54, Series 1998, Final PUD Development <br />Plan and Special Review Use for a Two-Story, 12-Unit Bed and Breakfast - Moffitt House, 625 <br />M'ain Street with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That brick facing shall be used along the foundation; that the identical brick facing <br />be used on the retaining walls; that the roof shall consist of an architectural grade <br />asphalt shingle system; and that decking materials used should be the same <br />throughout, subject to Staff review. <br /> <br />2. That the placement of the exterior egress stair is clarified, with all decks and the <br />exterior egress stair as are represented in the upper level floor plan be reconciled <br />with the elevations. <br /> <br />3. That lighting fixtures B" C, and F be consolidated into one fixture that is <br />represented by fixture 'B'. <br /> <br />4. That the four parking lot light poles be limited to 12-feet in height, inclusive of <br />the aCtual fixture. <br /> <br />5. That fixture 'A' shall bt~ eliminated. <br /> <br />8 <br />
