Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 10, 2006 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />Demolition Requests <br /> - 517 Lincoln Avenue Garage. Koertje and Childs reviewed this <br />permit request and found no reason to delay the permit. A construction date of the <br />garage is unknown and it does not appear to have much historical significance. <br /> <br />Items from Staff <br /> <br /> Muth distributed an updated membership/committee list. <br /> <br /> Certified Local Government Annual Report – Muth noted that the annual CLG <br />report was due on August 1. She had the report almost complete but asked the <br />Commission if they wanted to add any thoughts regarding the questions on <br />problems encountered and future plans. <br /> <br /> CLG Training Workshop September 15 – Muth distributed information on a CLG <br />training being offered by the Colorado Historical Society. <br /> <br /> Harney-Lastoka Preservation Master Plan – Muth reported that the draft of the <br />preservation plan for the property is complete. In late July, she will be meeting <br />with Lafayette and Boulder County staff to discuss next steps and will report back <br />to the Commission. <br /> <br />Items from Commission Members <br /> – None <br /> <br />Discussion Items for Next Meeting <br /> – None. <br /> <br />Adjourn <br /> – Meeting adjourned at 8:50 PM. <br /> <br />
