<br />Sec. 5.04.080. Business registration required for each place of business. <br /> <br />A separate registration application must be made for each branch, <br />establishment or separate place of business in which the business is carried on. <br /> <br />Sec. 5.04.090. Re2istration Denial, Cancellation, Suspension or Revocation. <br /> <br />A. A registration may be denied, canceled, suspended or revoked for <br />as provided for in this section. <br /> <br />B. The finance director may deny a registration if the registrant has <br />failed to file any reports or furnish any other information that may be required by <br />any provisions of this Code relating to the specific business, or the business <br />registration form contains a material omission or misstatement of fact. <br /> <br />C. The finance director may cancel a registration if the registrant has <br />failed to timely pay the annual registration fee. <br /> <br />D. The finance director city council, upon seven days written notice to <br />a registrant, stating the contemplated action and in general the grounds therefor, <br />and after a reasonable opportunity for the registrant to be heard, may suspend or <br />revoke any business registration filed with the city if the finance director it--finds <br />that: <br /> <br />lA. The applicant has failed to file any reports or furnish any <br />other information that may be required by any provisions of this Code <br />relating to the specific business; <br /> <br />~B. The applicant has violated any of the provisions of this <br />Code pertaining to the business, or any regulation or order lawfully made <br />relating thereto;-ef <br /> <br />lG. The business registration form contains a material omission <br />or misstatement of fact. <br /> <br />4. The business has failed to timely pay sales tax; or <br /> <br />~ Any other fact or condition exists which, if it had existed or <br />had been known to exist at the time of the submittal of the business <br />registration form, would have warranted the refusal of registration. <br /> <br />Sec. 5.04.100. Each day's vilolation deemed separate offense. <br /> <br />The carrying on of any business as provided in this chapter, without first <br />having registered with the city, or without complying with any and all regulations <br /> <br />4 <br />
