We are ;icling as bond counsel in connection with the issuance of the above- captioned <br />bonds (the "Bonds ")by the City of Loiusville (the "City <br />The Bonds are to be issued in one or more series in the aggregate principal amount <br />of not exceeding $2,000,000 which requires an allocation of the State ceiling under the Colorado <br />Private Activity Bond Ceiling Allocation Act.
