All in favor. <br />NONE <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />APPROVAL OF BID AWARD SPORTS COMPLEX RESTROOM /STORAGE <br />DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PLANS <br />APPROVAL OF CONTRACT PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICE FOR THE <br />1997 DOWNTOWN PROJECT <br />AUTHORIZATION TO OBTAIN BIDS FOR PARTICLE COUNTERS WATER <br />TREATMENT PLANT <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS <br />NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Davidson welcomed a group of Scouts in the audience. <br />Davidson received a letter from Marion Campbell, Wastewater Awards Manager for the U.S. <br />Environmental Protection Agency, notifying the City of Louisville that it had received Honorable <br />Mention for its Wastewater Treatment Plant. He congratulated the Public Works Department. <br />Mayer had been contacted by Mary Serine who lives uphill of Via Appia and has children in Middle <br />School. She was concerned because the School District has a new policy that they are not busing <br />students who have to cross arterials down to Louisville Middle School. Her concern was how <br />students would be getting down to LMS. He had asked Bill Simmons to look into this. Mayer felt <br />this needed to be discussed. <br />Sisk invited Council to visit the new addition at the Senior Center.
