Keany attended a meeting of potential parents of the new high school. Two concerns raised were <br />having RTD provide to the new school and how any pedestrian traffic would get to the school safely. <br />He wanted the parking plan for downtown discussed. <br />Sisk asked how the wastewater calculations were coming. <br />Tom Phare, Public Works Director, stated that the question was how much flow had they contributed <br />toward their prepurchased capacity. The City has agreed to continue to monitor. They did a study <br />and shared the study with the City. He felt in the next 60 days they would see if there was a <br />consensus on the data. There had not been any cash released to Koebel for sewer taps purchased <br />since 1995. <br />Levihn pointed out that "Flash a lifetime City resident, had passed away this last weekend. <br />Davidson complimented Arnie Levihn, City Councilman and Principal of Louisville Elementary <br />School, for the student's reading accomplishments. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Sisk moved that Council adjourn (8:50 p.m.), seconded by Lathrop.
